However, as our creations are handcrafted and arranged manually, there may be slight variation in shapes or arrangements. We will do our best to guarantee your fullest satisfaction, earn your trust, and have you as our repeat customer for years to come.

In addition, we try our best to procure the appropriate materials to match the creations as advertised. In reality, such materials are subject to availability and timely delivery from our supplier(s). In instances when we are unable to procure the advertised materials, we’ll use our professional judgment to use alternative materials. When the alternatives lead to variations in our creations beyond reasonable threshold compared to the original, we’ll contact you and get your consent before fulfilling your order. Should you decide that the available alternative is not satisfactory, we’ll issue a credit and look forward to serving you in the future.

In our arrangements, we use sticks, such as skewers, that may be sharp. If not handled safely, these sticks may be harmful or dangerous. Please use caution and handle them with care, and dispose them safely as you enjoy the treats.

We do not make our own chocolates, nor do we cut, pierce or modify any chocolates. As a matter of fact, we do not expose chocolates out of their individual wrappers for any of our arrangements. We’ll make every effort to store and handle them in the best possible way.
